Agurksalat

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English cucumbers sliced thin
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Salt
  • Fresh chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Lightly salt sliced cucumbers, refrigerate over night.
  • Rinse and drain.
  • Add sour cream, lemon juice and pepper.
  • Optional to add 1 Tbsp. sugar.
  • Garnish with fresh chives.
