Best Meatloaf Recipe Ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together using your hands, making sure that everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Using a spatula or your hands, press the meat down firmly to make sure there are no air pockets.
  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Optional: You can brush the top of the meatloaf with additional ketchup or BBQ sauce for added flavor.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or your favorite sides.
