Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix all the ingredients together using your hands, making sure that everything is well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Using a spatula or your hands, press the meat down firmly to make sure there are no air pockets.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Optional: You can brush the top of the meatloaf with additional ketchup or BBQ sauce for added flavor.
Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or your favorite sides.
