Donair Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your pizza dough according to your preferred recipe. Alternatively, you can use a pre-made pizza crust.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and shape the meat into a flat disc. Place the meat on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until fully cooked.
  • While the meat is cooking, prepare the donair sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, garlic powder, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  • Once the meat is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice the meat into thin strips.
  • Spread the donair sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the diced onions and tomatoes over the sauce.
  • Arrange the sliced donair meat on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
  • Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Once the pizza is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
